How do I know my product stayed cold?
Every vehicle and warehouse is temperature monitored 24/7. We log return-air temperature the whole trip and take core temperature readings with wireless probes on pick-up and delivery. Those readings are available to you and can go on your proof of delivery.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. Every truck is tracked, drivers capture a signed proof of delivery on glass, and you get live delivery updates, photos if you need them and a 24/7 online customer portal.
Are you food safety accredited?
Yes. JD is Safe Food Queensland accredited, our Food Safety Program is based on HACCP principles and it is audited every year. We are also NHVR accredited for fatigue and maintenance.
